Virtual Testing:

Kent Valley Figure Skating Club members are welcome to participate in USFSA Virtual Test Sessions nationwide provided that the following forms are completed and forward to the club prior to testing.  The Test Permission slip must be signed by a current board member.

• KVFSC Test Permission Form for Virtual Testing - 2024-25
  
• KVFSC Affadavit Form for Virtual Testing - 2024-25
  
• KVFSC Name and Likeness Form for Virtual Testing - 2024-25
